From years spent litigating business disputes, Tim brings a heightened appreciation of the potential risks involved in various business ventures. He is particularly adept at spotting latent issues when reviewing contracts, planning for the unexpected in drafting organizational documents such as partnership and shareholder agreements, and protecting his clients' long-term interests while negotiating deals. In short, Tim prepares his clients to avoid issues that they may not know exist.
Before joining Grogan, Hesse & Uditsky, Tim worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the derivatives and foreign exchange trading industry. As part of his role as a business analyst, he reviewed new legislation and planned changes in the bank's trading software to achieve governing standards. During that time, he earned his law degree while taking evening classes at The John Marshall Law School, where he received awards for his studies in contracts, patents and trade secrets, and obtained a certificate in intellectual property law.
Tim grew up in Troy, New York and was an honor graduate of LaSalle Institute. He currently resides in Chicago with his wife, Jana. He loves video games and baseball. But while he greatly enjoys attending ballgames on both the north and south sides of town, he remains ever loyal to his hometown Yankees.
